This project was a fascinating exercise in bringing in light and a contemporary flavor to a Victorian era ground floor and somewhat dated interior. We stripped and refinished all the walls and floors and splurged on parquet oak flooring that all transformed the feel and sense of space in this 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo.
